this complex has went down hill!!!! When we moved in here in 2006 we noticed that Mike was trying to turn this complex from the GHETTO into a wonderful place to call home. With NO help from GIGI, ADRAINNE or the young little girl whom got around alot. We would leave to go to work around 7am and Mike was always working hard doing things way out of his job duties. There was manytime we would be out late and he would still be working. Until Novemember of 2006 Mike ran that property by him self with no one to help ever. Sometime his family would be out helping him while the lazy asses in the office went out for there drunken lunches, They would come back falling over stuff drunk and still worked. When the "MURDER" happened Mike and Steve his new employee had to go in there and clean it up because they were to Cheap to have someone else do it. I have seen them two hard working men doing everything from painting the apartments to pulling weeds all the time. Mike took it upon him self out of his pocket to rent a machine to plow the sidewalks with when we go talot of snow. He did the best he could with what he had to work with. GIGI was always making out with her man the Constuction Manager and drinking to pay any mind to how hard there were working. While they sat in the A/Ced offife them too where suffering out in the heat all day well into the nite. Since Mike was let go do to GIGI'S back stabbing him and lieing on him the new Maintenance guy SCARES ME TO DEATH!!!!! He looks like some kind of biker hippy and is so grugy and lazy. At least Mike and Steve where clean cute and always looked professional. Ann Ray is a bunch of ---- herself. She thinks because she lives in Giest she is better then all us income based people. Well not Joe though becuase she let Mike go so she could bring her sex partner abord and take over his job. The office up there is like a huge porn store where there all doing each other. I think the best idea for them is to fire the whole staff even Ann Ray and bring Mike and Steve back BUT I think Mike would tell them to go F- themselfes if they even asked. He was always mistreated here and I wouldn't blame him a bit for turning his noise up at this place!

Its postings like this that force people not to take these seriously. When I lived there, it wasn't the greatest place to live nor the worst. My posting was a negative for this place but this is just absurd. I have no clue what this person is talking the staff being drunk or the office being a "huge porn store" I just wish people could write things they can really back up and be responsible about these things because someone is going to be taking this seriously and thats hardly fair to those people with limited options.

I dont live there and never have but I went there to get a application and be shown an apartment and the office girl was screwing her boyfriend in the office and closed down just for that. It was very obvious. So I believe what this lady is saying. It may be far fetched but I believe it is true. The girls in the office were lazy as hell. Never working, never answering phones.

OK...I have to respond. Mike..huh, got fired for stealing from peoples apartments. I am not going to stand up for GiGi...she is on her own. The "young lady that got around" has been in a 5 year relationship...what do you know about her? Mike paid for that out of his pocket but was paid back by the company. The property has issues I will agree. However, some were trying to make it better and others were there for a paycheck. Mikes "wife" and Mike were ripping off the company with their fake bills....check your stories.

For your information Jessica was not in any kind of relationship she screwed everything that walked so renters watch your men. As for as stealing I don't call throwing away junky ass ---- from a vaccant apartment stealing. This apartment was vaccant for over 5 months and has been know to myself and other friends of Mikes and his wife he has recorded proof that GIGI admitted he did nothing wrong in that unit nothing more then he did all the other times bum ass people left junk behind. So the proof was sent to corprate and listened to by James. So stealing NO! Anyways as far as ripping off the company I say GIGI wins the throphy for that she had her daughter living there in a "Vaccant" unit while the company was paying all the bills for that unit. As well as taking petty cash to by crap for that parties they threw during bussiness hours. The only way Mike and his wife got paid was by suing the company and GOOD FOR THEM! So for you "ANONYMOUS" we know you have to be someone that works there so of course your going to talk ---- about them. If they were stealing then why did the whole thing go NO WHERE!!!!! Please tell me that.

Stay where you are at!!! There was a murder, stabbing, robberies, fights etc.. It is called Little Noble Manor by the cops. Cops are there almost everyday.

Okay, I do not know about this apartment complex, but I was looking into moving there and I saw all of this interesting stuff going on. So, I guess Ihave some questions for you guys. What is it like living there if you pretty much stay to yourself? I mean, are there (not to be mean or anything) trashy people who live/work there? Also, I was wondering about the crime in the area and if you can hear your neighbors?? So, if someone could help me out I would really appriciate it. I am debating about moving from my current apartment (Lantern Woods) due to the high prices. Thanks for the help! Amanda

I would love to know the name of the management company, I myself am having issues and the management staff is only about the revenue...not Fiar housing Standards.
