Ooh wee, where do I start. First of all I do not socialize with my neighbors enough to know about their lifestyles or religous preference nor does that concern me. However, this community is the absolute pits. I have not lived here a year yet but I can tell you nothing will be keeping me once my lease is up. The office staff is pathetic as well nasty in fact in just the few months I have been here they have turned over management and staff twice. They are slacking biggots who do not like to do there jobs. I am sure they were hired through a temp service. Oh rodents and insects, let's talk about that. I have never had this problem until I moved here and I mean to tell you the nastiest form of insect which is a roach and mice. I can't live with either of them!! No I am not complaining just sharing and hopefully sparing anyone the headache of leasing from this community because I can and will solve my problem here shortly. This is a warning! Do not rent unless you want to room with mice and roaches or deal with a slacking office personnel who refuse to put in a maintenance work order instead tell the tennant to flag down the maintenance man. Oh yeah, If you are a tennant that pays your rent on time please keep your receipt otherwise they will post these loud red notices on your door in effort to collect rent several more times. Well and that's only because they change staff like they change drawers and the new slacker doesn't want to correct the old slackers mistakes. Get it together DEERCHASE. I refuse to renew my lease! I'm out of this DUMP!
