Do not think for one second that this is a good deal for the money o it's not at all. The bugs and mice alone are nasty as nasty gets. Try making dinner pulling out a box of something and it all falls on the floor because mice have eaten through it NASTY or flinging roaches off your stove. They will rent to anybody and anything here. Try calling them thats a laugh they look at the caller id and send it to voice mail which they never answer. All this place does from owners to the staff is party, drink and take your money with nothing in return. So if you like living with bugs, by stabbings, killing and all types of people with records then move on in but if you make it out alive then your the lucky one. If you have kids for sure move right on by them the kids that live here are not tended to by there ghetto parents so all they do is sware, fight, steel and cause a rukis all the time from dusk till dawn daily.So you have been warned to keep moving the rest is up to you.

That was a "little" exaggerated to say the least! I've lived here 2 years and have never run across a mouse or a cochroach. Maybe it's a difference in the way we keep our homes... It's not the best place I've ever lived, but definitely not the worst either! I have children and have never had a problem w/ theft, safety... It's not THAT bad, so give it a rest!
