I really do not know whare to begin with these apartments...They look really nice when you tour them and of course they show you the nicest apartment in the grounds but my experience here has been terrible.The office staff is rude and does not take action upon matienence requests..that is if you can ever reach them instead of thier voicemail.You have to pay to get a screen door put on your patio/balcony which is the most absurd thing I have ever heard.When we first moved in there was an outstanding bill for electric that exceeded 200 dololars which the office staff told us we were responsible for even though we hadnt moved in until the end of september they expected us to back pay for electric all the way until the beggining of august!That was a mess trying to get sorted out.People put thier trash in front of your door and there are always insects in our entry way spider webs, ants.gnats and when we called the office to ask them to take care of it,we were told "theres bound to be bugs your front door leads to outside!"This is the worst office staff I have ever met.If you are looking for a nice quiet neighboorhood keep looking.

that's funny. first of all they need to get rid of the "lap-dog" working at corporate up the owners butt. he has no clue what is going on anywhere. things weren't the best when GiGi, Adriane, and Tori were there but atleast they were friendly and seemed to care.
