One of the best apts I've ever lived in

I've lived in a handful of apartment complexes over the past ten years, and Harbour Town ranks at the top.
Maintenance: For an apartment building that's been around for 30-some-odd years, I've experienced few maintenance problems, which have all been dealt with quickly (2-3 day turnaround), and most have been relatively minor. The only thing that could even be considered major (and it wasn't) was when we needed to have the A/C looked at, and maintenance was there the same day, a Saturday, to fix it. The guy was in and out in fifteen minutes and we haven't had a problem since. Overall, I have had few, very minor occurrences.
Fun stuff & great Office Staff: The clubhouse has a handful of amenities (workout equipment, big screen t.v., pool table) that are all in good shape and there's a nice, clean outdoor swimming pool. The best part, some of the apts are right on Morse Lake = fantastic view. What's more, the office manager, who is *wonderful*, throws parties and get-togethers for the residents throughout the year. I can tell that she actually *cares* about us as residents and as people, and not as a way to fill space and bring in money.
Parking, other stuff: Parking is not an issue. The place is essentially safe; nothing has occurred during my stay that has me concerned for my safety. Some of the street lamps have some problems now and again, but the place is well-lit overall.
All-in-all: If you're thinking about living all the way out in Noblesville, come see Harbour Town first. We didn't have to look anywhere else. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
