Overall, I found that Harbor Town is a plesant place to live. The one problem that we had with our apt, the maintience people were there asap. Nobody ever came into our appartment when we were not there. The downside' Well, you cannot use there gym after hours without purchasing a $25.00 key. This was an annoying hidden cost. Their landscaping needs help it is kinda sloppy. Lots of pet poop everywhere. When we moved in we found a dead "wood roach" on the floor, but did not see any more after that. There public laundry facilities are kinda gross, but not too bad. Overall I would recommend to anyone.
