My boyfriend has lived in Harbourtown for about a year, thank god his lease is almost up! He has had nothing but problems. Plumbing is horrible..his toliet has overflowed many times. The ceiling would leak in his bathroom from the apartment above. His sink and his bath tub would get plugged all the time. His refrigerator was broken, it would freeze everything...even on a low setting. It also made a big loud noise every half hour or so. The ice maker didn't work either. The paint on the walls is horrible...it chips off so easy. He can never find a parking spot when he gets home from work or school. I would not recommend leaving here.
