Our neighbors are horrible and loud. Harbourtown took away our large dumpsters and put very small ones so they trash is always overflowing. Rent is cheaper for bigger apartments elsewhere. The office staff is rude. They shut off our water to build their stupid condos all the time. We didnt have any A/c All summer long because the drug addict mantainance man couldnt fix it. We also started winter without heat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
