I lived in lakeview for over a year with my ex girlfriend. during that time, anything that broke in our apartment was never fixed. Our damn roof started to cave in during a large storm. Never fixed. Our closet doors fell off in my sons room constantly. What was the resolution' Well, put the doors back on backwards, of course. And during the process of moving out of the apartment, going back and forth between our new house, we began to notice that things were missing from the apartment. More specific, A watch and a fifty thousand dollar heirloom necklace. We left several messages with the office, never to hear from them. My ex finally went up to confront them in person. Their response was that they were "holding" the necklace for us. When she demanded to get the necklace back, the front office personnel called someone who was very obviously a friend, not staff, and had a strange person bring this expensive piece of jewelry to the office. Im pretty sure that's not the standard front office staff protocol. Oh yeah. We definantly were not rolling in money, we are young, had a son. Anyway. the couple who lived above us had no kids, made about double, and paid about two hundred a month less than what we were paying. So do me a favor. If you go ahead and sign a lease with these people, just go ahead and email me with your phone number so that i can insult you in person. thanks.

I live at lakeview and have for many years. For you to say that you had a fifty thousand dollar heirloom necklace that the staff took? Come on I don't know about everyone else but if I had one of those that would be the first thing I would move.Lakeview is a wonderful property and the staff has been there for years. I have not once had a problem and have lived here for 8 years. I think your story is a little blown out of proportion. Thank you

I believe it..If this renter has lived there for 8 years you must remember the maintence man that got caught selling drugs on the property, and had to have a restraining order placed on him, and was still entering the property after hours. Yea real great crew...
