I have lived here for 7 months. My dishwasher has never worked properly, for 7 mo I was told to clean it with vinegar. I had a hole in my ceiling 3 weeks before it was ever fixed. The tiles on the bathroom floor are coming up, and the rack in the closet has never been properly fixed. You cannot move without management being in your business. The cars fly though the parking lot and do not pay any attention to the children playing. Little play area for kids. Not allowed to ride motorized toys in the grass for even write on the sidewalk w/ sidewalk chalk that will wash right off. One of the two ladies in the office is very rude, unfriendly, and treats you like she is better than you. I will definitely be moving when my lease is up.

The sad part of this article is that the "manager" is supposed to be the best in the company. It has been said that any paperwork from any property has to be approved by this woman, while she is not even able to take care of the property that she runs. I have had run ins with her several times and don't even try to contact the corporate office because they will do nothing but forward the phone calls back to the manager. This slumlord management company has no business running these properties and needs to sell them to someone that cares. I got a call once after a complaint to the corporate office from the "vice president" and she informed me that there was no reason to call them regarding this community. If I had a problem, I should take it up with the property manager, not her. I asked her for her supervisor's (the president's) number and her response was that "she did not have to give that to me" Well, after a little research, I have found that you can contact anyone through the company via the 317-580-2535 and there is a list on there of employee's and investors. So if you are not getting things resolved, that is where I would start!
