My husband and I used to live there. We moved in November 2000, and six months after we moved in, all the office staff changed, and the office went to heck. The office staff LACKS some serious class. The ladies that used to work in there when we moved in were so nice, classy, clean looking, organized, and things would be fixed within 24 hours depending upon it's urgency. Too many teeny-boppers that live there. You know, spoiled kids just moving out of Mommy and Daddy's house, move in there, and start parting and keeping people up late. July 4th we were trying to let our dog do his busines before going to bed, and two doors down were a bunch of teenagers shooting bottle-rockets at the building across the road. They were bouncing off the building, and landing in trees. Then they were smart and threw one up on the apartment's next to us balcony, it exploded, and landed underneath me, and burn me very badly. I finally had to call the police. The office staff did nothing. Plus, the started charging for water. You can find other apartments that pay water, trash and sewage, and rent is close to about the same amount if not less.
