We have lived here for 1 year. It sure looked nice on the internet, but no so in real life. The grounds are not kept up well. The playground area is undesirable. The pool opens whenever Maintenance decides to open it, and often they forget to put up the closed sign. The hallway walls are not maintained. As for snow plowing they need to hone their skills. Maintenance guys are smoke stacks. It's 10-15 mins. from everything. Crikets, crickets, crickets! Office staff has a lot of turn-over. Only upside is...Rent is cheap!
