Has the potential to be a great community, but........

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The buildings and grounds are looking delapidated. They do almost no landscaping, and paint is falling off of the buildings. The management has a non-chalant attitude to the conditions. Half of the units are empty. The have recently been a few break-ins which mangement did not seem to be concerned about.
