Don't move here

The exterior looks like trash. The office staff says it's "under construction". Last summer I did not see one siding replaced. The only siding replaced is and will always be the buildings facing the main road. The playground is embarassing and muddy. The walls are so thin I can hear the people below me talking. The appliances are old and amber colored, like out of the 70's. The maintnance person fixing anything in your apaartment either comes w/ a butt crack showing or smells like he just smoked a carton in a closed car then came into your home. The windows are cheap and difficult to open. They frost on the inside during the winter. The hallways are not kept up. They mow about once every other week in the summer. Basically, this place looks like hillbie haven. The only good part about this place is the townhouses. They are four years old, and though still built cheap, are much nicer. There are two people living in the apartment below me, and between the two of them, there are four cars, two of wich don't run, but they park right in front of the building, and the office staff won't ask them to move them. A huge bush was in front of out building, growing over the walkway. Maintnence would not take the time out and trim it. My father had to cut it.
