The staff can only do so much with so little money

The staff is great...... You all must realize that if you have a repair, the office staff has to practically beg the current ownership to order the materials to fix the problem correctly. The maintenance staff know what they're doing, but have the same problem. They are told to fix a 20 year old dishwasher and replace parts with another 20 year old dishwasher. It's not the staff's fault. It can only get better when ownership does change, which should be by the end of April. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested in an affordable apartment in a great side of town with all kinds of amenities to offer.
