There's tons of improvement going on here. I used to live in the apartments and absolutely hated them, now I live in the townhomes for the last year, and I love it. New management has taken over. They have re-paved the roads, re-sided all the apartments, painted the hallways, fixed the playground. Everything looks 100% better. The office staff has never been anything but great to us. Maintnence has been fast and accurate. I don't know how things are still in the apartments, but I love it in the townhouses.
