Try the town houses

It should be known that the apartments were built in the 80's and should probably show some signs of age. However, for those that can afford a higher rent payment, the town houses were built around 2000 and are very nice. Management has been making a number of changes and upgrades throughout the property. My wife and I plan to stay another year, even though our rent is going up $20. You will not find a better price for 1200 square feet.
