I just finished a 12 month lease at Lions creek and I didn't have any complaints. They fixed all problems proptly and the apartments were nice. They spray for bugs on a regular basis, so I never saw any ants or cockroaches. The grounds were well kept and the play area and pool were great. The only issue we had was limited parking. You have to park a little away from your apartment once in a while, but it wasn't a huge deal.
