I have been here about six months and i have to say that it is the best indy area apartment i have lived in. Its quiet and clean, well lighted and the staf is very courteous. I looked at a few other complexes in Noblesville and this was the best by far. The apartments are spacious with lots of closet space. Bedroom closet in my 1 bedroom is huge. I also love have a washer and dryer included in the rental, which is comparable for what I paid in the Speedway/Clairmont area for less space and a community coin operated washer and dryer in the building. Utilities are less than my previous apartment and the rooms a warm with no hot or cold spots, even by the doors and windows.
