This place WAS a good place to live but I would hold off if you are thinking of moving here now. The office staff was completely changed and they are incompetent. Lions Creek used to be a nice, quiet place to live but the new office mananger is moving in anybody to fill up apartments. Its getting really rough around there. And they raised the rent. It was a toss up to pay less rent and live so far out from everything but now the rent is so high, you might as well move closer to town. The new staff has rubbed alot of the long term, loyal residents the wrong way and tons of people are moving out. The apartments are okay now but they are on the way down hill so just be careful.

I totally agree with the review. The new manager belittles her staff and the residents just by her attitude. The previous staff were courteous and the atmosphere was always pleasant and welcoming. What a mistake to bring in a corporate sweeper.
