A great place to live

I've been here just about a year and have to say I enjoy this apartment.

The grounds are well kept. The parking is ample, unless there are many guests, but that is true of most places. The maintenance people have always been prompt and courteous. I never have had a problem with the office staff.

I've never once questioned my safety, and if there ever is a complaint the police do respond promptly. (It helps that they frequently park 3 blocks away to watch for speeding cars)

Every morning I see people walking the grounds, picking up whatever litter has accumulated. They keep everything up well.

The only complaint I have is regarding the noise, and it's minimal. I just can hear the hallways or the parking lot. I can never hear what goes on in other apartments, so that is a huge plus.

All in all, a great place to live. And I was very lucky as we had moved here sight unseen.
