The new owners are definately putting money into the place that's for sure. The apartment I got has all new floors and appliances. The only problem I've found is being able to hear the neighbors too well through the walls.

I recently moved out and am glad I did. I think they are overpriced for what you get. It's been about a year since I moved in and to tell you there were no improvements to the place while I was there. The windows were old and rickety. Ants came off the tree outside our window and came through the opening around the window. The appliances were older than dirt. It seemed like as long as they were getting their rent and you weren't causing trouble, everything was okay.

Glad you weren't the only one having issues listening to your neighbors. Mine tend to have lots of baby making time, and love to do it loudly
