the downstairs apartments are very noisy. you can hear and smell your neighbors at all times. if you can deal with that or if you are into recreational drug use, this is definately the place for you. if you're looking for a dealer, hit the hot tub in the late evenings on the weekends and keep your ears open. melrose place ain't got nothin on pbv!

p.s. residents...close your blinds!

I've lived here for two years and really enjoy the pool and hot tub. I have never seen any kind of drugs or anything like that going on. I have found this community to be nice, friendly and well kept.
