Nice place to live. The respond time on maintenance requests is quite amazing... especially compared to my old apartment. Haven't had any noise complaints myself. Community has a good mixture of families and young professionals. Overall, I've enjoyed living here but like most newer places on the north side of Indy, nothing is included in the rent (i.e. washer/dryer, utilities).
