These are nice apartments by look. My parents have a 2 bedroom downstairs. It is so noisy from the people above. Also the apartment is not insulated from the cold. We had to put up plastic because the winter air was coming in so bad, you could feel a breeze. The office only said that they would put up the plastic if my parents bought the plastic. My parents electric bill has been almost 300 during the winter months. The used to live in a town house apt and it was only like 150 then. Parking also sucks. All the parking is in the back. If you get home late, plan on walking a bit to get a spot.
