nice place to live but "free cable tv" sucks

This is a nice place to live, very little crime, usually quiet, conveniently located. My only beef is the "free cable tv" they tell you is so great. There always seems to be a channel or two that doesnt work, no sound, etc, and management just tells you to call the provider.
