i lived here for 6 months and never felt safe. as a single female with two kids, i was put in an apt. next door to a dozen mexican guys living together. i got zero peace and quiet, the walls are very thin. the place was filthy, outdated and in disrepair. there were three dumpster fires outside my apartment that summer and i was the only one who called 911 to report it, according to the noblesville fire department. kids of all ages run wild here. there was a murder here in 2005 (two kids killed their mother, the case is pending in the hamilton county court). even if you are section 8 or feel deperate, do not go here. contact the hamilton county welfare office. your health and safety depends on it.
