I LOVE it at Pebble Brook - I moved into Pebble Brook a few months ago, and I absolutely love it here. The apartments are nice and spacious, and if you ever have a problem the maintenance staff is always quick to fix it and they do it right the first time!! you get what you pay for The ratings below are true, the carpets do need replace, the paint does suck, and kids do run everywhere, but its cheep. My lease is up here soon and i will be moving, but i make a little more this year and can afford a little more. But this was a good

Keeps Improving Moved to noblesville in the summer. I love living here! The property is constanly changing for the better. They just put in all new landscaping. When i moved in my apartment was perfect. It is such a nice community. Everybody is always festive and decorates for the holidays.

They really do care Just this morning alone they had a quick breakfast out front on the way out. I really do feel at home at Cumberland Pointe. The apartments were wall thought out when it comes to the design with big bathrooms and nice size patios. They made the pool bigger this summer too and

Horrible, terrible, dont move here Price is ok, looks nice but DO NOT MOVE HERE if you trust someones opinion who is living here currently! Management and maintenance is terrible, no respect of privacy and I do not feel safe living here. Don't judg a book by it's cover!
