A great place to live - I've been here just about a year and have to say I enjoy this apartment. The grounds are well kept. The Truth About Deer Chase - I have been here since the beginning of 2009. The staff is nice BEFORE you sign a lease and give you a tour of one of the few nice apartments. Well... I've lived here since Febuary, and so far it's been okay. Live up front by office, but still very noisey. Isn't the best, but better than where used to live. Isn't a total nightmare like everyone says but it isn't anything special.

Not Happy At All Your children can not play outside unless you are with them, not even if I am watching them from the window, and my oldest is 13. The pool is only open during office hours, so at 6:oo, closing time. I dont even get home until that. And holidays are out too,

Watched Princeton Get Built I was around this property when it was built and it is far from being poorly built.Most of the negitive reviews in these ratings is from people who cant pay their bills or use the place as a party house with no thought to the other couple hundred residents that call

Hell Chase I have been in my apt since auguest with out a lease. I filled out my recert papers in july and I still don't have a lease. I just found out that there are anywhere from 50 - 100 residents living here with out a lease. The manager is running a daycare for her children in the office
