I absolutely LOVE living at Pendleton Place Apartments. I have lived at several other apartment complexs before this one and I can definitely say this is the best place to live. The apartments are beautiful inside and out! I sometimes forget that I am living in an apartment. It is quiet and everything is well maintained. The color of the walls are not that stark white color that most apartments are painted. They are painted a beige/tan color that goes well with all my decor. The parking is great, grounds are kept up very nicely, and work repairs are done in no time. I never have to wait around to get things fixed, unlike other places I have lived. It has been a great experience living here and I would absolutely suggest this place to others!
