I lived here for about a year. Pendleton is a really, really small town. The apartments were pretty nice. The office staff was on top of it for the most part and so was maintenance. They responded very quickly with any issues I had and always left a note to let me know they were there and what they did while in my apt.
I had to move because the commute to downtown Indy everyday was horrendous! There are LOTS and LOTS of kids.. be prepared to hear them a lot! Especially when it's nice out. Unfortunately when I was there residents didn't watch their kids very closely. I always wanted to use the pool but it was always packed full of kids throwing the lawn chairs and what not with hardly any adult supervision.
I was in a one bedroom apartment, it was a bit small but it worked. I do miss the big bathroom!
Not much around there. They do a good job keeping the grounds looking nice as well. I also miss over looking the pond with the water fountain!
