Wow the other review must be written by management. It really sounds pretty in that review but really this place is a dump. The day I moved in I had to scrub the entire house. The cable cords had been cut and there were ants coming out of all the vents, they didn't fix the cable cord for a month and they sent pest control 2 weeks after I told them about the problem. There were cigarette butts inside the house as well as all over the grass in front of the house. they advertise "maintanance free living" but you have to call about 10 times to get anyhting fixed and they will let your grass get about knee high before they cut it and they WILL NOT trim the edges around the front of the house. Our neighbors had to buy a weed eater beacuse they never got around to the trimming. The houses thatlook very nice here are ones that poeple have bought and they do all their own work. The houses are very old and they haven't been upgraded since they were built.

My car was broken into while I was here and my children were hospitalized because of e-coli after playing in the pool ( they let children swim in baby pool without diapers).

The price is cheap but you are getting what you pay for. I picked this place over the internet beacause I was moving form Washington, don't be fooled! Go somewhere else!!!!
