Our family moved to Eagle's Pointe from Kokomo in 2000. We loved it so well after renting for two years that we purchased a home. We love the quiet neighborhood and Maconaquah school system. When we rented ,the maintenance people were quick to respond to requests for repairs. The grass could be trimmed a little more often, but the guys that did the yard work used weed trimmers and a grass blower to take care of the stray grass on the sidewalks. Last year home owners had their grass mowed for free, and the EP people took care of the edge trimming and clippings too. The fitness center, small parks and pool are a nice plus.

I stand by my original post. Eagle's Pointe is a great place to live. There are problems here, but there are problems anywhere you live. If you are not part of the solution, than you might(probably are) part of the problem. I would recommend it to any of my friends(and have done so) that are looking for a good place to live.
