Wow the previous review must have been paid by management or is friends with some one in the office & is doing it as a favor.
There are constant drug bust from pot to meth labs, child molester that lives there but nothing is done because his wife is contractor, than there was recently in the paper about a child molester living across from one of the parks.
The people in the office are rude, when you walk in if you are not a friend they look down at their computers and act like they don't see you.
Maintenance forget it, they make more excueses that parts are on order but they never come in, so if we are paying rent on time each month where is all the money going'''
Forget it if you are late the "National Collections Manager" is all over your face like there is no tomorrow with her crude & rude ways, does not know how to talk to people, you complain to her superior but nothing is done.
Pet policy for what, they tell no, no, no to certain dogs yet they are all over, they crap all over, bark at all times & when you call to complain they tell you to call the dog catcher.
Your deposit forget it you will never see it, no matter how much you clean, remove all of your things, somehow they say you owe or you call the office to ask when you will receive and no one knows anything, they give you the number to the accounts dept it goes to voice no call. WAKE UP PEOPLE THERE IS A LAW IN INDIANA THAT YOU MUST RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT WITHIN 45 DAYS OF YOUR MOVE OUT, IF NOT YOU CAN FILE A CIVIL SUIT. Perhaps this will make them give you your money ontime just how we pay rent.
The only persons that will treat you with respect and dignity is Julie and Cassie. Julie is a gem and hope that she does not become one of them. The other agents are arrogant, snobish, 1 flirts with every man that walks in the door, the other has been there so long that she acts like she knows it all but in realty is so childish and the biggest B..... you will ever meet.

Yes Eagles Pointe has homes and nothing out there compares to the price/value but I rather pay my money to a smaller place than to the thiefs there.

This posting is from a disgruntled employee. I apologize for this employees negative and unprofessional comments. Eagle's Pointe is a wonderful community, please use your own judgement and visit the property.

from miamimom, I am the author of the positive review, and my opinion of Eagles Pointe has not changed, I do not know anyone/am not related to anyone in management or the office. Eagles Point is a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. I have NEVER been sorry that my family has moved here. My neighbors are nice, quiet people, and I love it here.
