INCOMPETENCE, YOU WANT WHAT FIXED....RUN AWAY FROM EP AS FAST AS YOU CAN

WHEN WE MOVED IN THE BASEMENT HAD FLOODED, ALL THE PHONELINES WERE STRIPPED OUT
THE HEAT VENTS WERE PAINTED OVER WITH NO AIR COMMING. THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT MY POTTED PLANTS, MY CHILDRENS TOYS OUTSIDE THEIR ACCOUNTING PERSON HELEN EMBEZZLED $1000.00'S OF RENTERS MONEY NEVER PROSECUTED TOLD TO CLEAR OUT ON TRAVIS ST. LOST SEVERAL RENTAL PAYMENTS OOPPS THEY CREDITED THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. WHEN YOU NEED A REPAIR ITS A KMART F-JOB. BEWARE......THE OWNERS HAVE CHANGED HANDS 3 TIMES SINCE WE HAVE BEEN HERE. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
