I signed a 6 month lease and guess what. The first page says 6 months, the other pages say 12 months and I have to serve my time living in this unmaintained mess for an extra 6 months. It is so bad that snow blows in our back door when it is closed and locked and nobody will do anything about it. We have to stuff paper towels around it to keep the snow out. Be forwarned, don't rent out here.
