I currently own a home on the 300 plus acre "Estates at Eagle's Pointe".
When I first moved in, everything looked great. Now that I've lived here for more than 6 years, everything looks like a trailer park without wheels. You are required to follow the Home Owners Association that isn't goverened by local or state law, so think twice, before you rent out here.
I bought, because of a picture that appeared to represent the whole community, but boy was that misleading. If you like cars parked on sidewalks, in yards or even behind the homes, then this is a place for you. If you like dogs running around and too many cats to count, then this is a place for you. If you like your neighbor leaving trash in the yard, washer and dryers in the drive or carports, then I say yes, move in, but good luck getting the management of the HOA to do what the CC&Rs state.
