ITS NOT AS HORRIBLE AS PEOPLE MAKE IT OUT TO BE - I do not live there but my boyfriend does so i am always out there. Love it I love living here at Eagles Point. When I have problems, the get out here to fix them quick. I have lived in several different communities and by far this is the best. The new people even put up a website so that I can write to them if I have a problem in my house. I think thats great

I love my home I haven't been here long but I love my place. Everything works great and I love having a garage and all the storage. The one time I did have a problem - hot water not getting hot - it was taken care of pretty quick.

The Estates at Eagles Pointe A couple of years ago, I wrote something like "trailer park without the wheels", but there is a REAL HOA in place by the new "HOA" owners and an "HOA MANAGER" who's experienced.

BIG JOKE!! DON'T MOVE HERE!!! Be careful, You never know who or when your house, yard or vehicals will be under attack by the "management" or the "home owners assoeation!! If your handicapped, you can't use the pool or exercise room because you can't get in it.
