We checked out Central Park at Metropolis. The apartments are nice, but overpriced. Get this, they charge you $100 to get the apartment ready for you! Why' First, they're brand new! Secondly, whoever heard of someone charging the customer to prepare a product for sale' The pricing should be included in overhead. Geez....
