this is a nice apartment complex, and brand new which of course makes it even better. however if you are considering moving in i highly recommend you consult with a resident to confirm that some measures have been taken to control a serious problem with HVAC or heating and cooling efficiency...the office staff may claim that your electric bill be average compared to anywhere else...my last bill was over 300$ dollars for a 2 bedroom apartment...not sure but that definitely isn't average in my book...so far the staff seems to not be concerned at all about any of the residents complaints. I have spoke with multiple residents in the complex and it is clear that the problem is with every unit and not just mine...just FYI...

Check out the Indiana BBB for issues with Becovic, The Springs, and Central Park at Metropolis in Plainfield. The BBB is a free place to lodge a complaint and they will assist you in resolving your issues with any business...repair issues, deposits, contractual issues, customer relations. This is the best place to go if you have an issue. The BBB will help you.
