I am not a resident, and having a hard time deciding what to do as i think on a luxury scale it is much nicer than most in the plainfield area at the time. I still think a bit overpriced though. The main concern i have is the electric bill, i know a few families that live there and and they have the same problems as some of the other posters here and they tell me their problem has still not been fixed, sounds like it has been identified clearly as a non-duke energy issue as well. Any input from other residents would be a great help. Has this problem been solved yet' Not sure if the salespeople will be truthful so would like some other residents opinions. Any input would help. thanks
