Everywhere you go someone is going to complain about something! I live in a two bedroom and my electric bill is not as high as what other posters are saying. Did they ever consider what their thermostat is set on' Or that the electric company sets the prices of what they charge' I would and have recommended my friends to live here!!

this comment sounds like management trying to cover up their problems, don't listen too them, i would request they prove to you that something has been done to improve these problems, otherwise you will find out on your own and be disappointed greatly, just some advice from a current resident who has nothing to lose.

This response rates the apartment but never once says why they give it the highest rating. Does that not seem interesting? I received a free months rent, which is why I moved there on short notice and it is minutes from my work. But 3 things irritate me to no end. The bugs...spiders and water bugs. Not occassional ones..constant ones. Secondly - Parking is a crazy situation. If you don't believe tyhe posters here then do something smart. Count the total number of spaces and then count the number of apartments expected to use them. You'll immediately get the point. As for the high electric bill. I used less electricity in my 3000 sq ft home...and I'm almost always on travel. What is my thermostat set on? 75 when I am away. The trash thing is a dissappointment too. But something I would not have figured out without moving in you should know up front. Most of these apartments have a door opening to the balcony or patio. Not a sliding door with a screen door...just a door. This means you can't enjoy the outdoors without going out and clsoing yourself off from your apartment. Lastly I would say that these apartments are poorly insulated. I hear my young neighbors upstairs 24/7. I know when they shower...when they have girlfriends over, when they turn on the TV, when they come home and open the front door. Granted - for the most part - I live with decent hard working people. But I am certain they are as dissappointed as I am.
