been for a while, moving into house when lease is up, can't wait, other posters are right, very high electric bill, have complained more than once, no help, talked to duke, as a matter of fact they came out and ran various checks on the meters to make sure they were right,have a friend with a 1800 sq ft house in plainfield (all electric) bill is only 115$ a month, don't let them fool ya, during colder months my furnace runs 90% of the time, obviously not a electric bill, if furnace has to run that often, there are definitely other problems, good point on the trash area, not to mention there is only one so hope you have a pick up truck, otherwise you have a long walk to the trash or you get to cram it in your nice car, definitely don't recommend this place, especially not for the money, much better places in plainfield, trust me

Check out the Indiana BBB for issues with Becovic, The Springs, and Central Park at Metropolis in Plainfield. The BBB is a free place to lodge a complaint and they will assist you in resolving your issues with any business...repair issues, deposits, contractual issues, customer relations. This is the best place to go if you have an issue. The BBB will help you.
