These apartments are so poorly built, one tap on the wall sends a vibration all the way to the other end of the building. You can hear every conversation, every step, every car that drives past. I can tell you exactly the song my neighbors two floors down are listening to and what TV show they're watching two doors down the hall. A member of the office staff who has moved below me is one of the loudest people I've ever lived next to. Absolutely no common manners.
Maintenance wanders around all day long in their tremendously loud trucks, running you off the road if you get in the way. How any of them still have a job here completely staggers me - and shows the lack of discipline at higher levels. The amount of complaints on the staff here is through the roof, and I've talked to tons of residents.
The appropriate price for this dump might be in the $500 range. Instead it STARTS at $750. I lived at Westlake in Indianapolis which is truly the ghetto, and I was much happier there. I seriously considered going back. Take my word on this, read the other reviews, steer clear of this disaster.

I have lived here a long time and never experienced anything like this must just be the apartment building you are in. Have several friends who live here to and they have no complaints. Great place to live!!

interesting, as you seem to have responded under anonymous...as clearly you are a member of the office staff and or maintenance crew, attempting to butter up the poor service that you provide...I wouldn't recommend anyone live here for these prices...there are plenty of other options that have a much better staff to work with...and much more affordable...just because they are new doesn't mean they are worth what they ask...

I am sorry, however, the person that wrote this review IS NOT LYING. This complex is horrid. The manager of the complex is best friends with the main leasing consultant, which makes for an unprofessional environment. The manager's --------- also works in the office. Just because the outside looks nice, doesn't mean the quality is. Go ahead and view one of the upstairs apartments.....stomp a few times on the floor and you will see just how cheap it is. Just wait until you see your utility bills!!! This place is a rip.

What a bunch of BS!!! She looks fine on her Facebook page!! But then bad things happen to bad people and I wouldn't shed a tear if the whole family was exterminated like the cockroaches that they probably are! Maybe she should go back and read all of her various posts tearing people up on this site and lying about her affiliation with management saying she is just some random resident..or someone who moved to california, or a previous resident, but definitely an "unbiased" poster LOL!! (IF SHE IS NOT REALLY JUST A DUMB MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT WHO WAS TOO UNORIGINAL TO NOT USE HER OWN SISTERS NAME & various friends names too...How original!!)...Anyway, "nice try" cuz no one is gonna fall for your "stroke" sob story after all the other lies to sway people's opinions on here.

I lived here for one year. The outside is very pretty, as well as the inside. I personally did not have any complaints as far as the looks. Quality was bad. Management was even worse. The staff is "fake nice" which becomes annoying fast. You will be dealing with the staff day to day when you complain about issues that still have not been fixed, lost rent checks, loud neighbors, and so on. There are better places. This place needs better staff.

I cannot wait to leave when my lease is over. This place is a rip off. Our heating bills are close to $300 for a 2 bedroom apartment. I would not recommend under any circumstances unless you like dealing with rude people and hearing your neighbors stomp around above you all hours of the day and night (walls are paper thin). There are better places in Plainfield. Take all of these comments to heart before renting here or you will be sorry. I know I am.
