I have lived here for 4 months and I agree with only some of the problems and I think some people just like to complain. The parking is okay, we park close sometimes other times we might walk 40-50 ft but who doesnt need the workout. The trash is not a huge complaint once again just walk over and quit complaining. Also, I never hear the neighbors, that is one of the perks of living here.

On the other hand, maintenance is awful. First, our ice maker quit working it took 3 months to get fixed. Now our roof is leaking they told me they fixed it and they didnt. Last night, it leaked into my computer and ruined it. All because the staff told me it was fixed. I told the staff and she didnt seem to care at all. To tell you the truth all I want is an apology. The building are made of cheap materials.

One more thing, someone was complaining about not having sliding doors. Did you not know that when you moved in' Half of the apartments have sliding doors, half have just regular doors.

I wouldnt recommend this place the price is high and the maintenance staff doesnt seem to care.

Check out the Indiana BBB for issues with Becovic, The Springs, and Central Park at Metropolis in Plainfield. The BBB is a free place to lodge a complaint and they will assist you in resolving your issues with any business...repair issues, deposits, contractual issues, customer relations. This is the best place to go if you have an issue. The BBB will help you.
