Agree with the last post. Very noisy. 75% of the people living here seem to be teenagers, throwing parties every night. Loud music, 20 people in the apartment. I feel like I'm back in college. Don't consider this place.

do we live at the same place.....because i NEVER have this problem. I actually think this is the nicest place in indy to live and i really enjoy my neighbors AND they are never loud! I guess you'll find a few loud people everywhere you live, part of apartment life.

If you don't believe this place is loud, stand in front of the office most any night of the week around midnight. Now, walk around the hallways of the building to your immediate left. Usually 2-3 simultaneous parties going on. Hang out about 15 minutes.. count how many times you see kids stomping up and down the stairs, to their cars, etc. The real residents can't even park near the building because of the 15 cars belonging to the party guests. Don't take my word for it, try this and see for yourselves.

I have lived here almost a year and have never experienced any loud parties. It is always quiet at night

Well, I drove thru last weekend Fri and Sat to see for myself...I am not moving in...very little parking...you could see it was a lot of young people's cars from the types of bumper stickers...etc. There definitely was a lot of activity. People coming and going..music...groups..loittering...loud...etc. Nothing against college kids but I am not in college anymore and I have a family and a job. Need a little more stability than what I saw here. That with the bad reviews. I am gonna pass.
