New owners are horrible! Do not plow the drives in the winter. Maintenance crew is at best idiots who can't fix a loose screw; reported issues continued after several attempts to fix issues - I finally gave up. Owners seem to be looking for ways to charge for bogus items due to number of available units which tends to reflect their unethical approach to business. Claims to be a luxury complex but the only thing luxury is the price tag - nothing more. Young punks like to sit at the pool drinking and smoking while listening to music with "f-bombs" and when complaints are made, management does nothing about it. Construction of apartments is poor - uneven walls, poor quality carpet, damaged "roman" bathtubs, insulation would seem non-existent based on the amount of the electric bills - close to $200 per month in addition to the luxury price tag.

get a life! I don't think you can pin all of your problems on management when I don't seem to ever have a problem nor my neighbors....no complaints here, I love my apartment

yeah, if you like it here you need to get a life. Management does nothing to help you with noise complaints, etc. Let people do whatever they want, throw as many parties as they want, crank loud music etc.Nothing for kids to do here. No playground, etc. Not worth the rent you pay. You could have a nice house instead of putting up with this BS.

Check out the Indiana BBB for issues with Becovic, The Springs, and Central Park at Metropolis in Plainfield. The BBB is a free place to lodge a complaint and they will assist you in resolving your issues with any business...repair issues, deposits, contractual issues, customer relations. This is the best place to go if you have an issue. The BBB will help you.
