I have lived here for three months and it has been the worst three months of my life! We STILL have not had any issues fixed from our original walk through. This included dry wall issues, ice maker not working, tack strips exposed, cracked flooring, bathroom fans not working. We arranged for maintenance to come out one day while we took off from work to be home to welcome them inside; to fix the issues. Do you know that they NEVER showed up' Didn't even have the courtesy to call us and let us know that they wouldn't be coming! Then our garage door stopped working a month ago. They "fixed" it for a couple of weeks. Then over a week ago I walked out to our garage to this annoying alarm going off. Our garage door motor that hangs from the roof smelled as if it were on fire! Once again we were told that it would be fixed and it hasn't. So everytime we come home we must enter our front door, manually lift our garage door, get back into our car, pull it inside the garage, manually pull the door down again. Oh, and when we are in a hurry to get to work in the morning we must: manually lift up our garage door, pull the car out, walk back in the garage to pull the garage down and lock it, go out our front door, walk around to the front of our apartment and then get back into our car. We are paying almost 1,300 a month for this'! We pay extra to have a garage, a working garage. You will not enjoy living here! Becovic Management is horrible as well as the staff that works here.

Why don't you actually report this to the office so they can get it fixed for you - does not do you any good complaining "anoymously"

I hate to say it, but I have to agree with this post too. The place is a scam. Moved in thinking it would be a good place for the wife and I but instead it is a drag even coming home. The people below us are loud and so are the people above us. Our buddies across from our building say the same. We are not much into complaining, pretty laid back people, but those of you who are thinking about staying here should be aware of the issues. Such issues are horrible parking, loud residents, feces all over from owners not picking up, rude staff, dirty tanning room, and broken machines in fitness center. Just so ya know.

Check out the Indiana BBB for issues with Becovic, The Springs, and Central Park at Metropolis in Plainfield. The BBB is a free place to lodge a complaint and they will assist you in resolving your issues with any business...repair issues, deposits, contractual issues, customer relations. This is the best place to go if you have an issue. The BBB will help you.
