Although the location is great if you work at the airport or Metropolis mall, how many employees at either location can afford 700 for a one bedroom built this poorly' These apartments are new, but thrown together. In the year that I've lived there, I've seen an entire row of new buildings go up in less than three months. Half of my windows howl with even the slightest wind, which, coupled with the rest of the shoddy insulation work, leads to higher energy bills every month. A tile on the ground floor has buckled and cracked due to ...shifting'
I'm suprised nobody has been injured in the gym, between the treadmills that seize up at about minute 12 of a long run and the benches that collapse from their incline right about the time you have 100 lbs above your head. These things could be serious lawsuits, and still, they do nothing to fix them.
As far as looks go, this place is great, but under the surface, there isn't much substance... certainly not enough to justify their prices.

I totally agree! I have cracked tiles and cracks in my walls. The carpet is also very cheap...once we moved in, the stains started to appear again from the person whom last rented the unit out-making it seem as though the stains were from us! Getting anything fixed around here is impossible. You would be better off living somewhere else than to live here and spend this kind of money for cheap quality! DON"T BE FOOLED!

The BBB is a free place to lodge a complaint and they will assist you in resolving your issues with any business...repair issues, deposits, contractual issues, customer relations. This is the best place to go if you have an issue. The BBB will help you.
