This place has horible management and was the worst renting experience of my life. After two years of living there you would think management would have been able to order in a new dishwasher. My hot water heater broke 8 or 9 times, never is it replaced and many other renters have the same problems. The maintenance crew is always very professional but it is obvious the management there does not care about the residents as it never lets the maintenance guys get what is needed to fix the problem. I needed a new hot water heater, rather they can only replace the heating element. It would just burn out again in a month. The heater was bad and needed to be replaced. Management would do nothing.

Another odd thing about this place. Normally when you move out you get your deposit back. Not this place. It's been more than 2 months and not a word. When I did call the other day they said they were adding it up. I wondered what they could be adding, I had left it in great shape. They replied we always paint and shampoo the carpets and we deduct that off of your deposit. I've never heard of such a practice.

Lastly, you should enquire about the numerous acts of theft and vandalism. Tires slashed in the parking lots. Apartments broken into all of the time. Police out with guns drawn from a nearby robbery where the suspects fled into the apartments.

This place is the worst!!!

We have been under new management since Nov.'05. Inquire with police dept. to see how many runs we get. Come see for yourself!!!

THIS RATING MUST HAVE BEEN FROM THE UPSET PROPERTY MANAGER THAT WAS FIRED WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN. I DONT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS REGARDING MAINTENANCE OR THE MANAGEMENT. I LOVE IT HERE!

I would agree, I just can't leave yet but I have had very similar problems, and I remember the specific incident w/ guns, robbery and police dept.
