All was good at first and they seemed to care, then apparently after you pay a few months, you are not important anymore!' Moved in about mid-summer a couple of years ago and just broke a lease to move out becuase the management, "owner", and others just don't care about anything but money. There is no personal attention. The grounds are HORRIBLE (used to be good before switching companies a few months ago, "money is tight" is what I was told, probably a family member or secretary boyfriend doing now')...it looked good and was well maintained when I first moved in 2 years ago, but then for some reason a new company took over a few months ago and the grounds went down hill. Where is the other company that was doing the ground maintenence at least they did all of the work that needed to be done and it looked good. The company there now doesn't even mow evertything every week and the snow removal this winter was horrible...the other company was a ton better!! Why get rid of good help....they were probably having trouble with management too!! The office help is rude, the "owner" is there but unwilling to talk to residents especially when there is a problem. Or, he is unwilling ot resolve it and says "thats just the way it is" and tells you to just deal with it. Noise was a problem, parking was available on the other side of the complex, and when there was a problem it didn't get fixed very quickly or was fixed as cheap as possible and not the right way! Don't like ot give people a bad name but hopefully people see this first before they move in...someone just had to hear my experience at Crown Plaza, and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVEN IF IT WAS FREE!!!
